Refunds & Returns

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS:

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Earrings cannot be worn in any way.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Custom and special order items are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Bridal orders processed with a discount code are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact jarrod@shoplinnyco.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please include this number in your return package and ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue your refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • If difference in price occurs, customer will be responsible for paying difference via invoice
  • Custom and special order items are not eligible for exchange
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • Bridal orders processed with a discount code are not eligible for exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact jarrod@shoplinnyco.com to obtain an exchange authorization number. Please include this number in your return package and ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by emailing jarrod@shoplinnyco.com immediately so that we can assist you and issue a new product.
